Close out Pride Week 2013 with a bang

It’s Pride Week 2013 in Iowa City and the gnats are (mostly) gone. It’s time to get out there and celebrate! Check out these Pride Week 2013 events, which culminate with Saturday’s Pride Festival in the Ped Mall featuring a number of vendors and free entertainment throughout the afternoon. Plan on finishing the night off at Studio 13, where Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 is set to join the party at 10:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 12

10:30 p.m. – Pride Drag and Dance at Studio 13

Thursday, June 13

9:00 p.m. – IC Kings Special Pride Performance at Studio 13

Friday, June 14

5:00 p.m. until dusk – Picnic in the Park at Upper City Park

10:30 p.m. – Pride Extravaganza featuring a drag show and special guests at Studio 13

Saturday, June 15

12:00 p.m. – Pride Parade in downtown Iowa City

12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. – Pride in the Ped Mall featuring various vendors, events and entertainment

12:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. – Pride Festival at Studio 13 featuring free food and entertainment until 6:00 p.m.

10:30 p.m. – Alaska Thunderfuck at Studio 13
