Vic Pasternak comes out of retirement for a special Mission Creek Festival reading at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday at Gabe’s.
The legendary cabbie raconteur will read alongside Little Village contributors Kembrew McLeod–whose column Prairie Pop has been an LV staple since our first issue– and Russell Jaffe, our gonzo Art City correspondent.
Also reading will be Brent Johnson, Todd Jackson and Joe Blair of Iowa City’s Slow Collision Press.
