I managed to pull a double show night, hurrying my tail through the cold of the Ped Mall between sets to shoot this lovely show at the Mill, while simultaneously shooting a show at Gabe’s (Featuring Coyote Grace and Sam Knutson — see those photos here). Not to toot my own horn, but I didn’t miss a single set of either performance….so here are the remaining shots from that evening… Olivia Rose Muzzy and her magical stand-up bass started off the night with haunting melodies looped into a trancing web. She was followed by the ‘genre-bending” experimental songs of Stephanie Rearick, straight out of the lovely city of Madison, and the night was closed out by one of my favorites, Alex Body, whose industrial beats and eerie vocals get me to dance in my seat every time.
