Rozz-Tox in Rock Island, Illinois in 2019. — Paige Underwood

One of the most brilliant, singular venues in all the world is in Rock Island, Illinois. If you don’t believe me, ask any of the thousands of artists, musicians, writers, comedians, etc. who have performed on the Rozz-Tox stage and they will let you know. If you live here and you aren’t familiar, now’s a great time to get acquainted — terrific shows, the kind one would expect to see in NYC or in L.A. or in London. Visionary artists from around the world go out of their way to come, specifically for the space that Ben & co. have cultivated with their own creativity, resources and hard work.

The good people who make Rozz-Tox so mighty and welcoming and forward-thinking and generous are looking to secure their future, and if there’s one irreplaceable cultural space in the QC — if there’s ever been one — it’s Rozz-Tox. Please support this wholly/holy unique landmark and preserve this space for leading-edge art and ideas in our community.
