Letter to the editor: Halloween at NBC
“Megyn Kelly will not return to NBC’s ‘Today’ show following blackface controversy.” Let’s just hope she isn’t banished to a S__H__ country. I was not a fan, actually never saw her show, but carefully watched the offending segment just this minute, streaming from YouTube. I think the headline came out of a box, selected by a robot, or worse, by a PR hack.

Letter to the editor: Help us fight for a carbon tax
Today, Canada announced that, starting in January 2019, they will adopt a national price on carbon, with revenue from the fee returned directly to Canadians. This is wonderful news. The fact that Citizens’ Climate Lobby Canada has been working with Parliament for the past eight years, urging them to implement such a policy, played no small part in making this happen.
