The Tallest Man on Earth will be performing at Codfish Hollow Barnstormers (5013 288th Ave) in Maqouketa, Iowa on Sunday, July 17 from 8 to 11 p.m.

Tickets for the highly anticipated show sold out in mid-June, but ticket requests and sales are flooding the Codfish Hollow Barnstormers Facebook event page — as Iowans are preparing for the performance.

The show will feature the singer’s newest album Dark Bird is Home. Released in May of 2015. It is the artist’s fourth full-length album and the first to feature a full band on almost every track. The collaborations on the tracks are said to be exciting and the new tracks are a throwback to his older, well known sound. This album provides a vibrant listening experience and features a wealth of different tastes and sounds — some familiar and some strikingly different.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with Lady Lamb opening the show.

Codfish Hollow does not mark The Tallest Man’s first time at the Iowa rodeo — he has become something of a local favorite, playing the area several times in the past few years.
