ID, oaths and polling locations: Where and how to vote in the Iowa City special election on Tuesday

The special election to fill the vacant at-large seat on the Iowa City Council will be held on Tuesday. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters must go to their designated polling place to cast a ballot on Tuesday (in-person early voting for the election at the Johnson County Auditor’s Office ends at 5:30 p.m. on Monday). Anyone unsure of where to vote can finding the right location using the polling place look-up tool on the auditor’s website.
