What with School Of Seven Bells recent visit to Iowa City, it seems like women singing close harmony is becoming a thing. Of course Azure Ray have been doing it for several years now, so if it’s a thing, it’s their thing. Go here and listen to “Don’t Leave My Mind” — Fleetwood Mac-esque harmonies, and an unflappable, meditative calm to the singing — it’s definitely a thing worth hearing.
