Photos: Les Dames Take Over Catherine's

Catherine’s has always had beautiful things in their window display. But never like THIS!! Iowa City’s own Les Dames du Burlesque got the glass all steamy with a sneak preview of their show for Mission Creek THIS WEEK!! Passersby got an eyeful as the ladies seduced Dubuque Street like enchanted mannequins come to life.  A clock in the window marked the time when the next layer of of cotton and lace would drop to the floor, and hand-drawn signs assured us all that “It’s ok to stop and look.”

For those of you who missed this, and those of you who want more, catch Les Dames at the Blue Moose Tap House on March 31st, along with IC Kings, HOTT, and Liberty Leg.

Doors at 9, show at 10.

Come get your socks knocked off!
