LV Editor Arashdeep Singh describes Hoba Hoba Spirit as “Morroco’s answer to the Clash.” The group is coming off a Friday performance at CSPS Hall in Cedar Rapids.
The free show will precede a much-anticipated performance by Il Sogno Del Marinaio with Mike Watt (best-known as the co-founder of influential punk group the Minutemen) at 9 p.m. Iowa City’s Sam Locke Ward will open.
