Rockstar Alisabeth Von Presley will bring her love for sequins, pleather pants and theatrical flair to the McGrath Amphitheatre (475 1st St SW, Cedar Rapids) stage tonight at 6 p.m. For the price of $5, fans can enjoy the performance of the Marion, Iowa native.

Presley, who has been a cornerstone of the local arts scene for many years, triples as a photographer, dancer and actor. She’s performed locally at Theatre Cedar Rapids in A Chorus Line and is often playing out with the band Four Star Fate.

The rocker has performed on stages from Los Angeles to New York including stops at “American Idol” and the prestigious Cabaret in The Courtyard at Brucemore Mansion. Tonight’s show is one stop on the tour of her debut CD, “My Foolish Heart.”
