Highly revered Vietnamese restaurant Pho Zaika – I Love Pho opened a second location in the Old Capitol Town Center this morning.
While the menu focuses on pho — a traditional Vietnamese broth served with rice noodles, herbs and your choice of meat, then garnished with lime, chili peppers, beansprouts and more herbs — the restaurant also serves a variety of curry dishes, cold noodle dishes and pork chop dinners.
The restaurant originally opened in Coralville in early 2015 and has expanded into Iowa City’s Old Capitol Town Center due to high demand.
