John’s Grocery will carry Colorado’s Ska Brewing beers
UPDATE: Stores across Iowa, including John’s Grocery, will soon stock their shelves with beer from Colorado craft beer company Ska Brewing. Based in the southwest Colorado city of Durango, Ska is best known for its delectable India Pale Ales and eye-catching packaging. Ska beers are not readily available in Iowa, and when the shipment arrives in October, it will be the first time in more than eight years John’s Grocery will sell the craft label.
‘Bob’s Burgers’ comedians are coming to Iowa City
The University of Iowa Campus Activities Board (CAB) are hosting a stand-up comedy show with three of the stars behind your favorite ‘Bob’s Burgers’ characters. H. Jon Benjamin, the voice of Bob Belcher himself, will take the stage with co-stars Eugene Mirman (son Gene Belcher) and Dan Mintz (daughter Tina Belcher). A Q&A session will follow their stand-up routine.
