EDIT: This is the famous Grandpa Woodstock, who is on his way to the Rainbow Gathering with his wife Queen Estar. Apparently a citizen of the world, It’s maybe inaccurate to say ‘Only In Iowa City.’ The Press Citizen featured him on their facebook wall.
