On Tuesday, the Iowa City Dream Center welcomed artist and teacher Eliezer Sotillo as a part of a summer art program encouraging kids who otherwise may not have the resources to learn about and experiment with visual art mediums.

Art supplies were provided with a $500 donation from Blick Art Materials and student’s art will be exhibited at High Ground Cafe later this summer.
