Kinnick Gold and Kinnick Society members can start picking up tickets July 7. Not a season-ticket holder or interested in joining the I-Club but still want to see a live home game? You’ll have to wait until July 14 to grab some seats.

The news comes after a mixed week for Hawkeye sports fans.

One sports writer has made the bold prediction that the Hawks won’t be able to pull off another perfect regular season.

Legendary radio announcer Bob “Brooksie” Brooks passed away at the age of 89. His media career spanned over 67 years.

In other news, star basketball player Jared Uthoff went undrafted by any NBA team but is expected to sign as a free agent. He’ll play in the NBA Summer League for the Sacramento Kings, where foremr Hawk guard Aaron White will play for the Washington Wizards.
