There was much lamenting, stitching and bitching this past December when it was announced that Iowa City’s homegrown indie/punk craft fair, What a Load of Craft (WALOC), wouldn’t take place. But this Saturday, WALOC returns, now for the first time as part of the 2015 Mission Creek Festival.
