Yacht Club — Saturday Oct. 18 at 9 p.m.

Des Moines prog-rock band Cirrus Minor make their way to the Yacht Club this Saturday, Oct. 18, at 9 p.m. Influenced by artists spanning all across the musical spectrum, the sound of Cirrus Minor borrows from blues, folk, and even reggae to bring a unique twist to traditional alt-rock.

This four-man band is a regular at popular Des Moines music venue Wooly’s, and have performed with acts such as Umphrey’s McGee, Widespread Panic, STS9, moe., Slightly Stoopid and the Disco Biscuits — just to name a few.
