Nashville superstar Dolly Parton will grace the stage of the U.S. Cellular Center on Tuesday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Cedar Rapids as part of her Pure & Simple Tour. Tickets for tomorrow’s show are still available and range from $49-$125.

In addition to being my mom’s favorite celebrity, Dolly has won eight Grammy Awards (nominated for 46!), 10 CMA Awards and has been nominated for two Academy Awards (for 9-5 and Travelin’ Thru). In 1995 she founded the not-for-profit Dolly’s Imagination Library, which provides a lifetime subscription to selected books for nearly a million deserving children world-wide.

The “Smokey Mountain Songbird’s” visit to Cedar Rapids is in support of her 43rd studio album, Pure & Simple.
