Join us on Oct. 5 at The Mill as selected roasters gather on stage to gently and not-so-gently poke fun at Iowa City as closing event for the Iowa City Book Festival.

This year’s roasters include Christopher Patton (curator of the ICPD log), Dana Gravesen, Amanda Lund, Spencer Loucks, Robert Flanagan and Jon Graf. The roast is hosted this year by Little Village Culture Editor Arashdeep Singh.

Doors for the roast open at 5 p.m. and the event will get under way shortly thereafter.

To get a taste of what to expect, check out the highlight reel below from last year’s roast.
