Spaceman & Schier

The Yacht Club — Friday, Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. ($5)

Cedar Rapids raptunes representative Spaceman (Jordan Lunsford) will headline alongside producer Schier (Kole Butler of Iowa City) in this Bonfire Records showcase.

With a cohesive aesthetic comprising rap, dance, video, fashion and design — and a lineup bringing in tons of newcomers — the event marks an opportunity to connect with a new wave of Iowa City musicians including Good Vibe Tribe, Jazzy Prince, Jim Swim and DJs Native Alien (Mason Taylor) and Logan Stimmel. Show up, buy a mixtape, and see what this crew has to say about life here in the 319.
