“NonfictioNow” to me was a question: What is nonfiction (now)? There was not one answer. Asking a group of graduate students from the Nonfiction Writing Program yielded all different responses:
“The only genre defined by what it is not.”
“Fiction with a prefix.”
“There’s only one thing it isn’t, though often it is.
This BBQ will save your life.

But here it is, completely vegetarian BBQ, even easily made vegan. Homemade BBQ sauce caramelized onto slowly oven roasted eggplant, just spicy and bone-sticking enough to take the chill off the cooling end-of-summer evenings. For the vegetarians dying for BBQ.
