Comedian and actress Amy Schumer will come to the Carver-Hawkeye Arena this April, courtesy of UI’s Campus Activities Board.
Schumer is best known for sketches from her Comedy Central show, Inside Amy Schumer:
Schumer also starred in last year’s movie Trainwreck and sold a memoir for more than $8 million last year in a surprise deal.
Tickets for the Apr. 22 show will go sale Friday, Mar. 18 at 10 a.m. The first 3,000 students to buy tickets will nab them for $25; the following 3,000 will pay $35. Tickets for non-students will cost $70. All tickets will be available at the IMU Welcome Center or online through Ticketmaster.
