Rummage in the Ramp returns for its 12th year

It’s an annual event as central to life in Iowa City as the return of the swallows is to San Juan Capistrano, California, or the return of the buzzards to Hinckley, Ohio: the great apartment shuffle, as old leases expire at the end of July and new leases begin in August.
