There’s something for all levels of holiday cheer in today’s Weekender. In Iowa City, Trumpet Blossom presents their last show of the year with a musical improv performance by Akio Jeimus (of Osaka’s goat JP) and Julian Urrego. In Davenport, the sixth annual SantaCon pub crawl descends upon downtown. Those looking for the classics can check out Ballet Des Moines’ rendition of The Nutcracker at Hoyt Sherman Place.
