I.C. Kings present: Holiday Packages
Studio 13 — Thursday, Dec. 17 at 9:30 p.m.
This Thursday, the I.C. Kings — a drag king troupe based in Iowa City — bring their gender norm-challenging, highly entertaining act to Studio 13 once again for a specialty holiday event.
The show, dubbed “Holiday Packages,“ will include all of the troupe members devoted fans have grown to love over the years, as well as special guests Max Little and Dapper Dan. Those unfamiliar with the Kings can expect a wide variety of outlandish characters, complete with eccentric costumes. Those familiar with the Kings, meanwhile, know they’re in for a packed house and a rowdy good time.
The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $5 at the door (ages 19+).
