Brooks Strause to play The Mill this Thursday

Iowa City-based singer-songwriter Brooks Strause returns to The Mill this Thursday at 9 p.m. Strause, an Iowa native who’s been performing since he was 13, has opened for such acts as Dawes, William Elliott Whitmore, Simon Joyner, Poison Control Center and Mac DeMarco.

Bluesy and sultry, Strause’ performances rarely (if ever) disappoint. Also performing will be Extravision and Nora Petran.
