Bernie Sanders’ Iowa City rally canceled

Bernie Sanders’ stop in Iowa City today has been canceled, according to a press release from the Hillary Clinton campaign.

The Vermont senator and former presidential candidate was scheduled to campaign on behalf of Clinton. Stops planned in Davenport and Des Moines have also been canceled, though Sanders will appear in Des Moines on Wednesday. The time and location for the Des Moines event have not yet been announced.
