Shelter House Literary Giants Event

Literary Giants will take place on March 27 from 7pm-9pm at 860 Quarry Road in Coralville. The evening will include live music, literary trivia, a silent auction, light desserts, and an assortment of beer, wine, and other nonalcoholic beverages.

You will be welcomed by our Emcee, writer Kate Carroll de Gutes, as they guide us through the program. Our Literary Giants– Kaveh Akbar, Darius Stewart, Caleb Rainey, Riley Hanick, and Tisa Bryant– will share readings from recent works and old favorites.

We want all book-loving Shelter House supporters to be able to attend, so tickets to Literary Giants are available on a choose-your-price basis. Ticket prices being at $15 and scale up to our standard price of $50. Pay what you can and join us for a wonderful evening in support of Shelter House’s life-saving work in the community. Ticket sales close March 25.
